Welcome to the website for the City of Turner Transportation System Plan (TSP) Update!  Please visit this page often to get key updates on the project, review materials, and provide your input! The updated Turner TSP will be a long-term policy and planning document that guides transportation improvements and investments within the City. 

​The current TSP has surpassed its useful lifespan (being adopted in 1999), and having a recently adopted TSP is essential for the City to compete for federal, state, and regional funding for transportation projects. This project is funded by a grant from the Transportation and Growth Management (TGM) program, a joint program of the Oregon Department of Land Conversation and Development (DLCD) and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). The goal of the TGM program is to create thriving, livable places with diverse transportation choices.
